Northeastern Roller Hockey Career
Ian Helmuth was not always a part of the NU Roller Team, in 2009-2010 he decided to leave behind the NU Club Ice team in the pursuit of a championship something that had proved elusive until this year. His leadership qualities were a welcome addition as he led by example and applied the same intense two way selfless play that made him a mainstay with the club ice team in prior years. Helmuth's decision was well rewarded with not only a DIII championship but an All-star team nomination as well.
Fun Fact: All of his goals are a direct result of either a hook or some illegal infraction that nobody noticed. All of them. |
